The 24h‑MOM organization would like to remind the odour research community that the call for the 2026–2027 Travel Awards for Odour Conferences is still open. These grants aim to support PhD students wishing to attend odour‑related conferences, workshops, or advanced courses during 2026 and 2027, fostering participation and knowledge exchange among young researchers.

   A total of four (4) individual awards of 1,100 € each are available to help cover travel, registration, accommodation, and other related expenses. Candidates should be pursuing doctoral studies in fields such as environmental, chemical, or electronic engineering, environmental sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, air quality, or water and waste management.

   After the intense and enriching experience of the 24h-hour Marathon on Odour/Odor Management (24h-MOM), we are still enjoying the lasting impressions this important professional meeting has left behind.

   The organizing team is finalizing the individual publication of all presentations, which will be available to the public starting February 1st on the event’s YouTube channelDon’t forget to subscribe if you don’t want to miss anything!

  We’re looking for PhD Students in areas like environmental, chemical or electronic engineering, environmental sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, water and waste management, air quality, etc. The events covered by this grant are any conference, congress, workshop or advanced course clearly focused on odours/odors, air quality and odour/odor impact, sensors, chemical olfaction or olfactometry, organised or co‑organised by groups such as:
